Sheryl-Underwood
Sheryl Underwood is an American comedy and television star best known as the presenter on The Talk, a popular talk show on daytime television. She was born and raised within Little Rock. Sheryl comes from a family which has experienced a variety of troubles. Sheryl was a part of her life caring for her sister Frankie, who had polio. She had a lot of trouble with her mother while growing up. Sheryl recalls that her mother had a time when she stabbed her father for being too close. Sheryl became a military officer after graduating from college. Her love for comedy was stronger. She was the sole female to make it through the 1989 competition Miller Lite Comedy Search. Her TV career started in 1992, as an actor on the HBO comedy program Def Comedy Jam. Then in 2000 she starred as an host on the T.V. show Oh Drama! She has appeared as host of The Talk since 2011. She has played in fictional shows like Bulworth Nikki, Beauty Shop and others.
